Tender Description
Southern Rural Water (SRW) wishes to establish a panel of ICT professionals, to provide professional business services to assist in work tasks and other projects requiring advanced skills.
Consultants can qualify for Part A and Part B or either. Details or each Part are noted below.
Part A ERP – Technology One
This includes the ability to assist with the support and administration of the Technology One suite of products, primarily, ECM, CiAnywhere, Property and Rating, Capital Planning and Delivery and the TechnologyOne Core Enterprise Suite
Part B Professional support and service
This includes the ability to assist with the support, service and administration of ICT initiatives within SRW.
Engagement would be short with agreed lead times. This will allow SRW to engage with consultants as tasks arise. It is anticipated the workload will be more than one hundred (100) hours per year however SRW will not commit to a fixed volume of hours.
