Blackwood Localised Septic Program - Part 1 Septic Tank Upgrades Round 4B

⁠⁠⁠A panel of suitably qualified and experienced domestic wastewater treatment system installers is required for the provision of renewal and upgrades works on approximately eight residential properties within the Blackwood and Barry’s Reef Townships.

The properties included within the fourth round present a number of site and soil constraints including very limited land available for wastewater disposal and difficulty in gaining access to sites, steep slopes, difficulties in achieving setback distances to surface waters and poor soil profiles. To mitigate these constraints, the BLSP seeks an innovative approach in determining domestic wastewater management solutions that will be specific to each individual property.

A fixed-price estimate is required for the supply of materials and labour costs associated with renewal and upgrades works on the eight individual sites.
