Cooling Tower End of Lifecycle - Melbourne Children's Court

⁠⁠⁠Court Services Victoria, are undertaking upgrade works to the Cooling Tower End of Lifecycle at Melbourne Children’s Court.

The assets have been identified as either obsolete or non-existent under the asset renewal program.  The intent of the project is to replace the existing cooling tower with a new cooling tower under the Cooling Tower End of Lifecycle program to ensure operational continuity. 

The contract is for the design, supply and installation of a Cooling Tower, plus the supporting infrastructure required to implement the system, as per the specification in the RFT and to the final satisfaction of the CSV Project Manager or authorised representative. 

The function of CSV is to provide, or arrange for the provision of, the administrative services and facilities necessary or desirable:
a) To support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of:
* Supreme Court;
* The County Court;
* The Magistrate Court;
* The Children’s Court;
* The Coroners Court;
* VCAT; and
* The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal.

(b) To enable the Judicial College of Victoria to perform its functions; and
(c) To enable the Judicial Commission to perform its functions.
