Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠S/05090 - The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters invites submissions from Tenderers to upgrade portions of Dequetteville Terrace, King William Street and Little King William Street adjacent the new East Park Apartments, Kent Town.

The construction works will include:
* Demolition
* Concrete kerbing and spoon drain
* Footpath paving
* Road paving
* Tree and garden bed planting
* Irrigation
* Street furniture
* 12 months landscape maintenance
* 12 months defects liability.
