Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies to demolish existing change rooms and toilets and refurbishment as per design and drawing specifications.
Tenders shall be submitted on the standard tender form and shall be in accordance with the specifications which can be obtained from the Town's website at www.victoriapark.wa.gov.au or collected from the Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Rd, Victoria Park between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
All tender submissions should be in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and tender title addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Town of Victoria Park, Locked Bag No 437, Victoria Park WA 6979. Alternatively, sealed tenders can be lodged in the tender box situated in the foyer of the Town of Victoria Park Administration Office, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park WA 6100 or submitted online at Tenders must be received on or before 2pm (WST) Wednesday 4 April 2018.
A mandatory site inspection will be held at Leisurelife Recreation Centre, 248 Gloucester St East Victoria Park at 9am Tuesday 27 March 2018. Please confirm with the contact person below your attendance at this meeting no later than 3pm Friday 23 March 2018.

Late, email or facsimile tender submissions will not be accepted. All or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Elected Members and Council officers will automatically disqualify any tenderer.
