Lands Liaison Services

⁠⁠⁠In October 2017, Jemena entered into a binding agreement with Galilee Energy Limited to bring gas to the east coast gas market. Throughout 2018 Jemena will be commencing planning activities including preliminary landholder engagement, field surveys and pipeline design concept works.

Scope of Services

Jemena is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to develop a Landholder Management Plan and provide preliminary land liaison and land access services for a major gas transmission pipeline project in Queensland, the Galilee Pipeline Project.

Jemena anticipates it will require the services of suitably qualified and experienced personnel to undertake the following land related roles on the Galilee Pipeline Project during 2018:
* Lands Lead; and
* Land Liaison Officers (2 of).

Indicative Schedule

The indicative delivery schedule for the supply of the Lands Liaison Services is:
* EOI Closing Date: Thursday 22 March 2018
* Short-list identified and Confidentiality Agreements issued: Late March 2018
* The release of the RFT documents to short-listed Respondents will be subject to return of executed Confidentiality Agreements
* Contract Award: Mid-April 2018

Delivery commencing:
* Lands Lead: Late April 2018
* Land Liaison Officers: Mid May 2018
