Design, build and implement a modernised end-user desktop environment (SOE) based on Windows 10 that will allow for the replacement of the legacy desktop and laptop fleet, and introduce a new secure platform to support future business applications and modern working habits of the Agency.

FFMA is looking to design, build and implement a modernised end-user desktop environment based on Windows 10 that will allow for the replacement of the legacy desktop and laptop fleet with modern PCs, and introduce a new secure platform to support future business applications and modern working habits of the Agency. This environment must provide a consistent and flexible user experience regardless of location (e.g. office, travel, home) and preferred primary computing device (e.g. Surface Pro, Surface Book, Dell Latitude laptop, etc.).

In addition to Windows 10 the new environment will also include the Microsoft Office 2016 productivity suite and must be configured to support all current and anticipated future application requirements.

FFMA requires an experienced specialist to perform the following:

* Develop Solution Design and Solution Architecture documents
* Design, build and implement the new Windows 10 SOE (including SOE Environment Management processes)
* SOE Verification & Validation (includes SOE controls/ restrictions/ hardening requirements and testing of all applications)
* Deployment to end users, including asset tracking, end user training materials and logistics of swapping out devices and peripherals to users.
