Delivery of payroll services encompassing three enterprise agreements between Victoria, Health And Community Services Union (HACSU),
Victorian Public Service (VPS), and WA, Western Australian Public Service and Government Officer CSA General Agreement (PSAAG) until July 2020.
Costs to be broken down between implementation and on-going payroll costs.
The NDIA is required to pay employees in Victoria and Western Australia under their existing enterprise agreements until 2020. A full-service outsourced payroll provider is therefore required to provide services between 2018 and 2020 - the period that state agreements remain applicable to Transfer of Business (ToB) employees. The project expects a total of 350 staff from Victorian and Western Australian awards.
The payroll solution in Western Australia is required to be implemented by 1 July 2018 while the Victorian payroll solution may be delivered in September 2018.
