Tender Description
We require a competent service provider to develop and implement an Identity Management system in AUSTRAC, using ForgeRock to integrate existing independent management systems.
There are many locations in AUSTRAC where the identities of staff are stored, and where authentication and access is managed. Access to each of these systems is (generally) performed manually, especially for staff on/off boarding processes.
It is proposed that a new Identity Management system be implemented, that integrates all the existing Identity Management systems, and that provides an appropriate environment for the new FinTel developments.
Deployment of an enterprise Identity Management system will:
1. Remove or mitigate existing risks
2. Simplify on/off boarding processes and role changes
3. Centralise and simplify role and access management
4. Automate workflow processes for identity and access provisioning in all enterprise systems
5. Centralise and automate identity, role and access audit
6. Provide consistent identity attribute management
An upgrade of the currently deployed ForgeRock IDM system would be capable of providing the necessary improvements and capabilities.
