Kingston City Council is seeking expressions of interest for the Concrete Shared Path - Civil & Landscaping Works project as described within the Information Brief.
Kingston intends to form a panel of Civil and/or Landscape Contractors for the construction of sections of concrete shared paths with associated kerb & channel, roadworks, fencing and landscaping components.
The primary reason for establishing the panel is due to the tight timeframes that will be specified for the delivery of each stage. It is anticipated that the establishment of a panel, with contractors who have appropriate resources, will reduce the time between seeking formal prices for each stage and commencing construction works.
