Register of Prequalified Suppliers for Road Making Materials

⁠⁠⁠Bundaberg Regional Council (‘Council’) intends to contract for the intermittent supply of road making materials to assist in works undertaken by the Council, generally within the regional Counci area.

Council is seeking to establish a register of prequalified suppliers to facilitate coordination of purchase of road making materials from companies interested in tendering for involvement.

 Companies may offer pricing on all or some of the types of materials required.

The term of the contract is for three (3) years. It is intended that the tendered rates submitted in

the Tender Offer would be fixed for the first year of the contract and then be subject to two (2) adjustments by the tenderer after that. This first adjustment would be made 12 months in to the contract and the second 12 months following the initial adjustment. There would be no adjustment or back payment for changes prior to this time.

TEN/0021 - New respondents are required to download the attached document and follow the link to the Felix portal and create an account.

Current prequalified suppliers will need to log into their Felix account and add the products they wish to submit pricing for.
