Tender Description
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from those who wish to partner with a successful and professional Club management group to provide quality meals for members and guests. Our restaurant has a fully working commercial kitchen.
Hours Of Trade
Currently open 7 days for Lunch and Dinner.
Lunch - 11.30am till 2pm
Dinner - 5.30pm till 8.30pm
Key Consideration
* A focus of outstanding customer service values
* A proven track record of providing catering services in a similar environment
* Sound practise of food hygiene, food handling standards and legislation and commitment to exceed the prescribed minimum
* The ability to work collaboratively with club management
* Sound business acumen
