The Town of Port Hedland (the Town) spans a building portfolio across Port Hedland, South Hedland, and Wedgefield which includes an ageing residential and community building stock and is looking to upgrade its facilities to reduce maintenance issues and maintain value of its assets. It has been noted that its community and residential buildings are to be upgraded as set out in the renewals program for the 2017/2018 financial year, specifically, through upgrading some of it community facilities toilets and change rooms and conducting external structural upgrades to some of its residential buildings.
