Youth Offending Program Services
Tender ID: 348809
Tender Details
Tender Description
The service provider must facilitate delivery of offending behaviour change assessment and treatment services to children and/or young people involved in Youth Justice in custodial and community environments.
The Youth Offending Programs Service Delivery Model sits alongside several other service delivery models to minimise re-offending risk, enhance community safety and meet the health and wellbeing needs of children and young people in the Youth Justice system. It primarily requires delivery of assessment services and programs to address factors in young people that directly (and more distally) contribute to their offending behaviour.
As part of this RFT, there are some time-limited opportunities to be briefed by the department, attend site visits and receive answers to your questions and more. These activities and their related dates are defined in the RFT.
Access to RFT documents, and registration for briefings, related site tours and the associated data room will be made available to Registered Offerers from 9 March 2018 following the acceptance of the Deed of Confidentiality.
In order to receive the RFT documentation, Offerers will need to register with the Organisation’s Responsible Officer via the email address provided below by submitting a completed Registration Form (Appendix 1 Youth Offending Program Services RFT registration form) and a signed Confidentiality Deed (Appendix 2 Deed of Confidentiality). The organisation reserves the right to not provide the RFT documentation to any registrant.
Deeds of Confidentiality submitted after 3.00pm AEDT on 9 March 2018 will still be accepted, however the opportunity to attend invitation briefings, undertake site tours and access the data room may be limited.
The last opportunity to register and submit a Confidentiality Deed is 2.00pm AEDT, 22 March 2018.
