The Chief Citizen Experience Office Division is seeking an experienced and creative session designer and facilitator with extensive knowledge and experience in conducting user research to design and deliver a pilot of the User Research, Learning Design Standard (LDS) to selected staff from across the department.
Approximately 10 days with a possible option to extend if required.
