Strathfield Council invites tenders from companies to establish a panel of companies that provide an all-inclusive events management solution for Strathfield Council events. This may be interpreted as a company that acts as a broker or can provide start to finish service provision for event management services ranging over a number of event management categories and areas when engaged.
Successful contractors will assist in managing Council's seven major events and various minor events throughout the year. The company will be required to manage Infrastructure, AV, Bump in and bump out management.
Council will be responsible for sourcing and managing the performers for each event.
