Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the installation of park fitness equipment and associated landscape works at Waterloo Park.
The tenderer will be required to undertake works including the following tasks: Preliminaries; Demolition and preparatory works; Earthworks; Supply and installation of fitness equipment and softfall; Construction of hard landscaping elements including pavements, edging, walls and drainage; Supply and installation of furniture, fixtures and signage; Supply and installation of planting, turfing and mulch; Plant establishment; and Certification of fitness equipment.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
