Mortlake Clear Water Tank Coating Refurbishment - Interior

⁠⁠⁠The works are located at Cairnlea Lane, Mortlake, Vic 3272 within the Moyne Shire Council. The general scope of work consists of completing coating refurbishment of interior of the clear water storage tank that was built in 1984. The tank size: capacity 3.4 ML, diameter 25.9 m, depth 7.09 m (annular plate to top of the curb angle), floor area 527 sq m, wall area 572 sq m.

The Works include, but are not necessarily limited to, the supply of all materials, plant and labour of whatever kind necessary for the completion of the works described in the contract document including the following works:
* Supply and installation of scaffold and access systems
* Supply and installation of containment and dehumidification systems
* Surface preparation and priming
* Decontamination and waste removal
* Application of caulking, stripe coating and final coatings
* Provide inspections and testing
