Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Develop an actionable strategy forming documented, viable tiered workforce planning delivery models that address future operating contexts and issues identified in the scalable workforce project, that are fit for purpose as a basis for system requirements in the future and account for connections with Grants Hub Maturity Assessment findings.

Estimated at 15 days (at 8 hours per day), with a daily rate in line with the panel arrangement, which would equate to approximately $30,000.

In addition any travel costs would be covered, at say $1,500 per trip, allowing for approximately 5 trips. Averaging up it is anticipated that consultancy costs would be around $37,000 for this process.

The specialist will be working with the workforce planning team and the GM for State and Territory Network, and other personal within AusIndustry as required.

Review various artefacts to develop a practical strategy to determine the most appropriate, cost effective and efficient means of resourcing the increasing workloads from programs coming in through BGH; ensure that the chosen method provides a level of organisational capability to support program and service delivery demands such that delivery is insufficiently resourced and has suitably skilled staff; and ensure we have the necessary enablers and innovative technologies to support a future-oriented model that meets the needs and expectations of our stakeholders
