Tender Description
To determine and analyse achievement of the project against the planned results (impacts, KPIs and expected changes in services). The Consultant for the End line Review will:
* Assess the change in safe water management, access to safe drinking water and improved sanitation facilities by the target population.
* Measure changes in knowledge, perception, attitude and practice of the beneficiaries and surrounding communities in relation to hygiene and sanitation.
* Review the effectiveness of community engagement in the design, implementation and monitoring of the project.
* Determine what factors are now in place to ensure that the improved service level are sustainable and/or be replicated in other areas of Bangladesh.
* Capture lessons from the CDI 2WASH interventions in the target communities that can inform future Red Cross/Red Crescent programming as well as the wider WASH sector
Review Timeframe: April – May 2018
Project Locations: Bangladesh (Rangpur and Gopalganj districts)
