Grounds Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠CDU Facilities Management (OFM) is a large corporate division within University Operations. OFM is responsible for Grounds Maintenance, Repairs and Maintenance, Major Projects, Cleaning, Security and management of Fleet, Space, Energy, HVAC and Waste across all locations.

The University is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake Lawn and Grounds Maintenance for the Casuarina and Palmerston campuses.

The key objectives for the Contractor set out in this Specification include:

* Deliver a fully managed service, providing a single point of responsibility for the management and delivery of Services.
* Provide Services based on continuous improvement and innovation.
* Provide Services focused on quality.
* Provide Services focused on the needs of the Client.
* Deliver Services in a manner that encourages continued value for money and continuous improvement.
* Deliver Services that support and maintain a safe and compliant working environment for occupants and visitors to the Premises.
* Deliver Services that maintain and safeguard the assets of which the Premises comprises and the contents of the Premises.
* Deliver Services in a manner that enables occupants and visitors to the Premises to fully utilise the amenity.
* Provide advice and submit proposals to the Contract Supervisor on improving value for money and innovation.
* In accordance with all relevant standards and legislation deliver services in a manner that mitigates the risk of occupants of and visitors to the Premises being exposed to illness, injury and loss of amenity.
* Deliver services in a manner that is fully compliant with the Key Performance Indicators.
