Tinworth Avenue & Recreation Road Tank Remediation Works

⁠⁠⁠Overall Description of the Works
The overall Works shall consist of rehabilitation works on the Tinworth Avenue and Recreation Road Water Tanks.

Summary of the Scope:
The scope of work under this Contract shall consist of, but not limited to:
1. Project management and documentation in accordance with this Specification and in particular Specification Section 1010 Project Management and Documentation.
2. Planning, approvals and stakeholders management in accordance with this Specification and in particular Specification Section 1020 - Environmental and Cultural Heritage.
3. Pre-construction activities including:
(i) Service locating and proving, and relocation as required.
(ii) Detailed site inspection to become familiar with the site and its logistics constraints.
(iii) Construction of temporary storage / laydown areas, as required in consultation with the Principal.
(iv) Inspection of ground conditions to determine suitability for crane access and to determine outriggers spreader plate sizes and types.
(v) Construction set out.
4. Rehabilitation works per the requirements of this Specification, in particular Specification Section 1690 Tank Rehabilitation.
5. Testing, commissioning of the Works.
6. Reinstatement, clean up and demobilisation.
7. All other works included in the requirements of this Specification.
8. As-constructed survey and provision of as constructed information, including, drawings.
9. Completed ITPs, including witness signatures and dates.
10. Defects liability services.
