Tender Description
Mid-Western Regional Council is the trustee of an early childcare facility which is currently vacant. The facility is located at 2 Douro Street Mudgee. Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations capable of operating this facility and delivering preschool and early childhood services.
Expressions of interest should include an organisational overview, demonstrated qualifications and experience, current licence/operating approvals, timeframe for commencement of services and ability to contribute to facility fit-out.
The successful operator will be required to enter into a long term lease of the facility at market rates. Please indicate the amount you consider appropriate as market rent.
