Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for construction of a shared path in Serpells Road, Templestowe, between Sarah Crescent and Killibury Court.

The extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the documents and includes the construction of concrete shared path, associated drainage works, kerbs, pram crossings complete with Tactile Ground Surface Indicators, remodelling of existing parking bays and semi-indented bus bay, adjusting existing driveways and minor landscaping work of affected sections.
