Tender Description

The scope of works of this project involves refurbishment of accommodation blocks and various other buildings at the RAAF Williams Laverton Base. Refurbishment works to accommodation buildings include internal patch and paint, replacement of floor coverings, replacement of timbers, and refurbishment of ablutions.

Works to other buildings including the mess facility and canteen banks include HVAC replacement, kitchen cool room equipment replacement, gutter and downpipe rework, and replacement of floor coverings.
