The opportunity offered by this RFT is that LXRA wishes to engage its employees by ensuring they maintain a high performing culture. The Authority recognises that programs and initiatives will need to be developed, delivered, refreshed and maintained over the life of the Authority.
As part of the People, Culture and Safety Development Services for Level Crossing Removal Authority panel, Service Providers will be engaged on an ‘as required’ basis to work with LXRA to develop, provide specialist advice and / or deliver any or all of the following range of services and initiatives:
* Culture Development and Change
* Capability and Skill Development
* Health and Wellbeing Initiatives
* Facilitation services
* Team Building and Coaching
* Safety Leadership and Safety Culture Development Programs
