Supply and Installation of Outdoor Christmas and Other Decorations

⁠⁠⁠Moreland City Council is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to be responsible for the supply, pre and post display transportation, storage, installation and dismantling of outdoor Christmas and other decorations on behalf of Council at the three (3) Major Activity Centres in Moreland (Brunswick, Coburg and Glenroy) and other specified Council festivals and events throughout the Municipality.

Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with ‘Best Value” aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.

Email, facsimiles, hard copy and late submissions will not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that the tender is uploaded and received by the closing time/date. It is advisable to commence this process well before the submission time to avoid any technical difficulties.

Tenders not submitted by the tender closing date/time will not be accepted.

Questions submitted three (3) working days before the tender closing date, may not receive a response.

Moreland City Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.
