Tender Description
The work to be performed under this contract is the provision of unplanned and planned glazing and shuttering services in Council Facilities within the boundaries of the City of Moonee Valley. The works may also include minor building refurbishment and renewal projects, however these works will be completed on a fixed price basis. A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in the Specification of this Tender document.
The Panel Contractors will be engaged by the Council’s Facility Management and Maintenance Department, however the successful contractors may also be engaged by other Council departments from time to time.
Works will be performed under a schedule of rates or fixed price quotation depending on the urgency, estimated cost and complexity of the works.
