Tender Description
The tender is for a Project Manager to achieve approvals for precinct wide infrastructure planning, contributions plans / delivery agreements and Stages 1a Kellyville and 1b Bella Vista and due diligence investigations for EOI to market. The tender is subject to separable portions, allowing a contract extension for subsequent planning and design stages, as well as the management of civil design services and approvals, precinct activation projects and approvals and identified bulk / civil works.
Generally, the consultant team will provide project management services for the delivery of the Kellyville and Bella Vista projects (broadly but not limited to: concept, precinct activation, approvals, tender/quotation preparation, specialist engagement, construction, subdivision certificate, deposit plan registration, hand over and infrastructure delivery agreements).
In carrying out the services, the consultant shall at times:
* Liaise with Landcom project partners, related authorities and other relevant specialist consultants
* Fully understand the development proposal, work cooperatively with all project team members and stakeholders
* Maintain regular formal and informal correspondence, via formal reports, emails and phone with Landcom to pro-actively manage the resolution of issues which may arise
* Have full regard to legislative requirement, development specifications and other pertinent documentation
* Ensure all documentation complies with the relevant authority requirements for approval
* Understand the process of state planning approvals and terms of development
* Undertake services in a manner that is consistent with Landcom’s corporate objectives, core values, policies and TPL principles
* Act on behalf Landcom in the delivery of the project
* Make representation on behalf of Landcom and Transport for NSW professionally at all times
