⁠⁠⁠Yarra Valley Water (YVW) owns and operates 9 Sewage Treatment Plants, 3 Recycled Water Treatment Plants and 2 Recycled Water Storage Reservoirs in the outer Northern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Over the next 5-6 years YVW aim to upgrade all treatment sites to a modern operating platform characterised by:

Our existing plants and sites are at varying stages of PLC, communications, control, technology, automation and digital maturity. Some plants require minor changes and upgrades to bring to standard others require complete architecture and systems re-design and replacement.
