Tender Description
The objective is to source the supply of microbiology media with:
* A single supplier, or
* A multi-supplier framework agreement
Monash Health in its absolute discretion reserves the right to purchase selected media from alternative suppliers if the supplier cannot supply:
* The required item
* An item in a reasonable time from the date of ordering
* Items in pack sizes or quantities suitable for Monash Health
* Items of equal or superior quality and performance of alternative supplier’s products
* Items not listed but subsequently required by Monash Health at a price, suitable pack sizes or quantity, equal or superior quality and performance of alternative supplier’s products
* Evidence that items are ISO 17025 certified
