Tender for the Provision of Banking and Bill Payment Services

⁠⁠⁠This contract is for the provision of Banking and Bill Payment Services.

Lower Murray Urban and Rural Water Corporation ("Lower Murray Water","LMW", "the Corporation") invites suitably qualified persons or corporations to submit a Tender for the provision of the specified services to the Corporation upon the conditions set forth in this RFT. This Tender is conducted in accordance with the requirements of Lower Murray Water's Procurement Policy.

The Corporation is seeking to appoint a provider of banking and bill payment services for the period 1 July 2018 until 30 June 2021 with an option of two (2) further 12 month periods, which may be exercised at the same time. The precise details of these services are included in Part B (Specification) of this document.

It is the preference of Lower Murray Water to award the Contract to a single service provider, who will complete all banking requirements associated with the day to day function of the Corporation, and all functions associated with the receipting of transactions for bill payments, and other payments made.

Lower Murray Water hereby invites Respondents to fully inform themselves of the requirements of Contract No. 0272 and submit a comprehensive response for the consideration of the Corporation.
