Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Drainage Upgrade Works in Amelia Crescent.
The extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the documents provided for download and includes the following items:
* Construction of a Junction Pit on the existing Drainage Line 300mm Ø in the easement of 2/7 Amelia Crescent;
* Construction of a new drainage line RRC Class 4 375mm Ø along the easement of 5 Amelia Crescent, installation of outlet and inlet pipes into and outof the unfderground storage and side entry pits;
* Construction of an Underground storage 18.0m³ of volume from Humes’ Storm Traps;
* Reconections of existing Stromwater outlets from private properties if required;
* Site preparation;
* Reinstatement of existing structures, Paling Fencings, road and footpath pavement, garden beds and the like following constructions of the drainage improvement works.
