Tender Description
Descriptions for statutory functions requiring practising certificates need to have identified what competence (skills and knowledge) is required for individuals to exercise them. Competence identified will then be used to undertake a gap analysis against existing certificate of competence requirements.
The desired outcomes are:
Deliverable 1: Develop a customised framework for identifying competence from statutory function descriptions provided by the Regulator.
Deliverables 2-5: Identify competencies from statutory function role descriptions for statutory functions requiring practising certificates under WHS (Mines and Petroleum Sites laws (17 in total to be developed in a staged process).
