WBW 163 16/17 - Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the replacement of the roof structure at Ghost Reservoir No.2.
The work includes:
* Removal of existing roof sheeting and purlins
* Salvaging, refurbishment and reinstatement of existing roof beams and roof sheeting
* Supply and installation of new roof purlins, plumbing and flashing
* Removal of existing access systems and supply and installation of new access
As detailed in the Tender Documents, Specification and Drawings.
A compulsory site inspection will be held at 10am Thursday, 22 February 2018, Ghost Hill No.2 Reservoir, Regency Ave, Urraween. Tenderers are to provide Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for Height Safety prior to site visit, and wear relevant PPE on site.
