Tender Description
The Department of Education is calling for submissions for Stage 1 of Masterplan works located at Sunnybank Special School, 79 Troughton Road, Sunnybank, QLD, 4109.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3 with QA.
Tender documentation will be available online for tenderers from Donald Cant Watts Corke on Wednesday, 07 February 2018. No hard copy tender documentation will be supplied for contractors.
Submissions close on Wednesday, 07 March 2018 at 1:00pm at Donald Cant Watts Corke, Level 11, 340 Adelaide Street, Brisbane City, QLD, 4000.
Important: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
