Labour Hire

⁠⁠⁠This Tender is for the provision of labour hire. All works shall be compliant to the SPA and LXRA Tender requirements.

Specific requirements for the Subcontract are, but not limited to the following;
* Gain a thorough understanding of all specific role requirements
* Source and screen candidates
* Manage interview arrangements
* Provision of a suitably experienced supervisor who shall be responsible for delivering and supervising the works ensure all quality, safety and environmental requirements are met.
* Compliance with SPA Safety Systems. Provision of safety documentation including task risk assessments, OH&S plans, plant risk assessments, plant servicing records, verifications of operator competency and the like, not less than 7 days before commencement of supply. (Refer to Section 5 Safety for further detail)
* Compliance with specific site safety standards including PPE requirements and protocols
* Access to the site will be via series of approved locations along the corridor only. Local roads shall not be used as a haul or access route, unless approved by SPA.
* Provision of current Public Liability and Workcover Insurance Policies.
* Manage supply, coordination, storage and delivery of materials and equipment to site to facilitate the scope of works
* Comply with, implement and maintain environmental control procedures and protection measures in accordance with SPA Environmental Control Plans
* Provision of all materials, labour, plant, equipment, tools, supervision, overheads, administration, insurances, taxes, wages, accommodation, transport, fares, allowances, consumables, testing services and any other incidental cost whatsoever necessary to carry out the works in accordance with SPA requirements.
