The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is seeking quotes from the Digital Marketplace Panel for contractors to be involved in a Alpha phase, prototyping, an assessment of a complex service delivery system and the identification of opportunities to deliver additional value for users.
You will be working with an existing team that is currently expanding. The team will include Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Service Designer, Interaction Designers, User Researchers and Developers.
The user researchers will work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure the identification and prioritisation of the work that benefits users. User researcher will be responsible for building an understanding of the service’s users and their behaviour, and providing insights to the team about how users interact with the service. They take the lead on running contextual research sessions with real users, and communicating findings back to the whole team, creating actionable insights to guide design. The user researcher(s) will have extensive experience working in Agile and, ideally, experience with the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard.
