CLEANING SCOPE OF SERVICES
RE: Cleaning Tender for 9 GEKA Kindergartens
Overview
GEKA wishes to contract with a vendor that will serve in the capacity of its kindergarten cleaning services, under the direction of the GEKA OHS & Purchasing Coordinator. The vendor will meet GEKA’s cleaning needs with a cost effective, efficient and sustainable service that provides long-term, quality cleaning. Strong emphasis will be placed on a consistent and planned cleaning service that also has the ability to provide flexibility in the event of changing schedules and events. All services are required to be cleaned after 6:30pm on weekdays.
GEKA invites all vendors undertake an assessment of the current GEKA environment and make recommendations in their proposal as to what they believe is the best cleaning solution for GEKA. As a part of GEKA’s commitment to environmentally sustainable cleaning practices, we request that all products used on our site/s be natural products and must be biodegradable.
It is important for GEKA to see that vendors understand the business and the cleaning requirements for each kindergarten.
Tenders submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
