Tender Description
The Registered Proprietor of the 576.7 m2 property situated at 332 Eden Creek Road, Wyneden NSW 2474 being Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 326132 seeks to sell the property by Tender and calls for expressions of interest from prospective buyers.
The conditions of the Tender are as follows:
1. The purchaser must enter into a Contract for Sale and Purchase of Land in the form included in the Tender documents and deliver the executed Contract duly completed with the prospective purchaser's name, Solicitor and purchase price to the vendor's Solicitor, Parker & Kissane, Solicitors 122 Summerland Way (PO Box 14) Kyogle NSW 2474 on or before 12 noon on 28 February 2018. Together with the Contract the prospective purchaser should provide a cheque for 10% of the proposed purchase price payable in favour of Parker & Kissane Trust Account.
2. The vendor will within seven (7) days of the date of delivery of the executed Contract for Sale and Purchase execute a duplicate Contract with the successful tenderer which will proceed to completion in accordance with the Contract forming part of the tender documents. Any unsuccessful tenderers will have their deposits immediately refunded.
3. The vendor is under no obligation to accept any of the Tenders and may accept a Tender at less than the highest price offered and may also negotiate with any of the tenderers in relation to the proposed sale of the property.
