Project Management Services - Resource Manager / Scheduler

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government’s Department of Housing and Public Works - Information Services Directorate is seeking expressions of interest in providing resource management and scheduling services.

Information Services Directorate do NOT require the service full time, and as such is seeking information outside the contingent labour services.

Services required include:
* Develops planning and scheduling standards and practices to enable resource management, dependence management, monitoring and reporting.
* Provides expert advice on planning and scheduling to ensure the optimum delivery of programs/projects.
* Evaluate project schedule progress and performance to identify problem areas and advises possible corrective actions to ensure on time delivery.
* Identifies and implements planning and scheduling improvement initiatives. Provide proactive strategic reporting on the status of the resource pool including net capacity and demand, upcoming skill gaps that need filling, over-allocations, and the impact on resourcing of delays in projects.
