Southern Ports requires a preliminary design to a 15% design level (unless detailed otherwise) to confirm the viability of the Revised Inner Harbour Structure Plan and the preparation of the revised plan with the Preston River flowing directly into the Inner Harbour basin. Prior to commencing design the consultant shall agree with the Southern ports the proposed final layout for the Revised Inner Harbour Structure Plan.
