The City of Albany (the City) is seeking quotes for the Design and Construction of a new Pontoon Marina System at the Emu Point Boat Harbour in Albany. A Request for Tender (RFT) was previously issued in April 2017 (C17008) for the demolition of Jetty B and the refurbishment of Jetties A and C, however the City did not proceed with these works.
Following consultation with boat pen leaseholders, the City is now seeking submissions from contractors for the design and construction of a new pontoon marina system with floating berths to replace the existing timber jetties and boat pens.
