⁠⁠⁠Construction of a new public toilet, Cnr Waterfield and Victoria Sts, Coburg.

Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to replace the existing Exeloo on this site with a free standing regular toilet block consisting of 3 unisex pans including a DDA compliant cubicle.

The works will comprise:
* Removal of the existing Exeloo toilet and place in storage.
* Construction of a new public toilet facility consisting of 1 disabled unisex accessible toilet and 2 ambulant unisex toilet cubicles in Victoria Street Mall (opposite Coburg Library).
* New service connection requirements from the utility companies.
* Minor landscaping works, reinstatement of immediate ground level.
* Relocate 2 disability parking bays in Waterfield Street car park.
