Tender Details
Tender Description
Defence is seeking suitably qualified and experienced individuals and organisations to nominate themselves for inclusion on a standing offer panel of subject matter experts, known as the Defence Fuel Supply Chain Technical Expertise Panel (DFSCTEP) to assist FSB by providing terminal operations and fuel specific subject matter expertise for two new DFSCTEP Sub Panels, known as:
a) Service Category Four: Defence Fuel Installation Learning and Development;
b) Service Category Five: Defence Fuel Installation Planning and Appraisal Services.
Whilst DFSCTEP will principally support FSB, other Defence groups and other eligible Government entities, may also access the panel for delivery of relevant services.
The new Sub Panels of DEFSCTEP will run for an initial Deed period of two (2) years, with additional extension options, at Defence’s discretion, for a further two (2) periods of two (2) years each. The timing of these new Services will be aligned to the current Deed of Standing Offers to reduce any potential administrative impost within FSB in regards to Panel and Contract Management.
