You will be working within an Agile team to help to understand the overall service opportunity and transition from current state to an improved future state, using service design techniques. The service opportunity is based on designing a new ICT procurement framework, including policies, content and approach.

Working collaboratively in the design process to ensure that user needs are understood and considered in decisions the team is making. You are familiar with leading contextual user research, and leading co-creation workshops, idea generation, prototyping and blueprinting service solutions to name a few.
We are looking for a service designer with a creative mindset who is able to utilise design standards and best practice to help others see problems from a different perspective and balance user empathy and creative skill with government awareness.
