This synopsis of the project is a broad outline of the services required under the proposed contract and is provided for general information only. The full scope of work is described elsewhere in the Invitation to Tender document.

The Services are for Insurance Broking and Risk Management Services.

Information sought for the purpose of this project includes, but is not limited to:
1. Broker credentials and servicing capabilities in areas of program administration, risk management, claims management and information technology
2. Evidence of market knowledge and proven experience within the local government sector
3. A demonstrated ability to effectively manage Council's risk management and insurance needs
4. Innovative and educated recommendations in regard to structural changes to our existing program, if appropriate and beneficial
5. Indicative Premiums/Rates only based on current market conditions and our existing program as outlined within Annexure 1 of the Invitation to Tender document and your recommended changes if relevant
6. Proposed broker Remuneration based on the services outlined within your proposal to offer guaranteed transparency and broker advocacy
