Tenders are invited for the provision of recruitment services for Call Centre and Control Centre staff.
Hunter Water is a statutory state owned corporation providing water and wastewater services to over 200,000 properties covering six local government areas of the lower Hunter region - Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Port Stephens and Dungog.
Hunter Water is seeking to partner with a performance driven Recruitment Agency to provide labour hire support for Hunter Water's Call & Control Centre services and on an ad-hoc basis.
The Call Centre is located in Hunter Water's Head Office building in Honeysuckle, Newcastle in a purpose built work area within the building. The Call Centre currently operates between the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturday for Customer Service and Emergency and Faults. After-hours support may be required to provide to the Control Centre team as required in managing increased customer activity with the 24/7 Emergency and Faults service.
