Tender Description
Tenders are hereby invited for construction of a new ablution block at the Eromanga Recreation Grounds.
The project consists of construction of an all steel framed and sheeted building with insulated panel roofing on a concrete slab. Gross floor area is approximately 90m2.
Scope of work includes all associated sub-trade works including electrical and plumbing installation (including effluent disposal system) and all fit out.
The tender will be awarded based on an analysis of weighted selection criteria. Notwithstanding such analysis, Council reserves the right to select the submission that in view of all the circumstances appears to be the most advantageous.
The contract will be awarded in March 2018 with a commencement date on site expected to be early June at the latest. Contract period will be 13 weeks from the date of acceptance. Strict timeframes on completion will be required due to external funding constraints.
