Building Upgrade - New Roof to Scout Hall Section

⁠⁠⁠The scope of work shall include but not be limited;
* Remove existing metal roofing, insulation blanket and wire netting.
* Installation of the preferred roofing material; 200mm Ecotek Panel made using Colorbond XRW top and bottom sheet (R4.7).
* All required cappings, flashings, gutter, rainwater heads and downpipes are to be included in the proposal.
* All material handling requirements including transportation and craneage if required.
* Any other requirements to facilitate safe access and safe working environment.
* Transportation of any waste generated to Blayney Waste Facility.
* Council will consider an equivalent roofing material to the preferred material nominated above where; expenditure, R value and Whole of Life costs are provided.
* All dimensions and measurements are to be confirmed onsite with the Project Manager prior to submission of quotation.

To be provided by Council:
* Perimeter scaffold to the work area,
* Any fees associated with disposal of waste to the Blayney Waste Facility.
